طی ورژنهای متفاوت مایکروسافت Dynamics AX تغییراتی در ماژولهای آن ایجاد گردید. ماژولها با هم ادغام شده و تعدادی نیز تجزیه و یا حذف شده اند. در این مقاله لیست ماژولها در نسخه‌‌های AX 2009, AX 2012 R2, AX 2012 R3 معرفی می‌گردد.

به طور نمونه ماژول General Ledger در نسخه ۲۰۱۲ به چهار ماژول General ledger, Fixed assets, Budgeting, Compliance and internal controls تقسیم شده است.
